Weigh in day!!!! I`m starting to think I need more accountability so if I weigh myself and have to tell a friend then I may be more apt to get it together.
Wednesday
Look up a weather phenomenon that`s typical in your area and post about it.
Thursday
Do some yoga today that will quiet and relax you
Friday
Rest Day.....Lets rest and ready ourselves for the weekend push!!
Saturday
Try to compliment someone who really kind of gets on your nerves today.....this is a tough one
