Week Six Challenges

Sunday - Rest Day (as usual)

Monday - Yoga or pilates - your choice :)

Tuesday - Walk or run today.

Wednesday - Weigh in!! How are feeling about where you are?

Thursday - Write what you are Thankful for. You can do a top 10 or a general statement. Happy Thanksgiving :)

Friday - How can you eat left overs in a healthy way? Think of ways to use up those left overs!!

Saturday - Relax, especially if you had to work the Black Friday craziness.
