Sunday - As always, a rest day :)
Monday - Download a calorie tracker, like My Fitness Pal (which is free). Track your calories this week.
Tuesday - Try a new recipe! A great place to look is this blog called Sunday's Dinner. (Yes, I just shameless plugged my other blog.)
Wednesday - Happy Halloween! Try not to eat more than a piece candy today :)
Thursday - Find a ridiculous weight loss item - supplements or equipment. Post a picture and find support as to whether or not it actually works - write about it!
Friday - Write someone a letter or card and mail to them using a stamp and a pen :)
Saturday - Reflect how your calorie tracking went and write a post about it.
